The rates shown are exclusive of standard VAT.
Bookings
Only written bookings (email to [email protected]) are accepted and must include:
- title/type of event
- name of the person responsible
- telephone contact details
- company name and billing details (or individual billing details)
Rates
Rates exclude VAT and may be subject to change.
Rates include:
- use of the requested space
- basic lighting
- heating or air conditioning
- standard electricity supply
- standard cleaning (different conditions apply in the case of catering)
Setup
The rental period will be charged from the first day of setup through to and including the final day of dismantling.
Cleaning and Waste Disposal
Standard cleaning is included in the rental fee. Any additional cleaning required, as well as the disposal of waste left on the premises, will be charged separately.
Liability
The spaces and technical equipment are provided in good condition and must be returned in the same condition.
The organiser will be held responsible for any damage caused to the spaces or technical equipment.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas.
